The family of an 83-year-old Fruitland woman who suffered from neglect and eventually died has been indicted by a Circuit Court grand jury for a second time, according to police.

After the Wicomico County State’s Attorney’s Office presented the case to the grand jury Tuesday, the victim’s husband, George Wilbur Baker, 85; her daughters, 56-year-old Amy Jane Davis and 62-year-old Sherry Lynn Mundy; and granddaughter, 27-year-old Michelle Lynn Hundley, were charged with vulnerable adult abuse and physical injury, neglect and reckless endangerment, according to Fruitland police.  read more
