Snyder, a gun-rights lobbyist and former editor with the National Rifle Association.Synder noted that, President Barack Obama, Sens. Dianne Feinstein D-Calif. and Chuck Schumer D-N.Y., Reps. Carolyn McCarthy D-N.Y., Diana DeGette D-Colo. and other “political hacks are conspiring to take away Americans’ gun rights.”

To reduce the possibility of duplication of effort both within the TTCP and with other ‘standardization’ organizations, TTCP encourages liaison at all levels. Each Group is required to liaise with the other TTCP Groups and outside agencies that have similar areas of interest. The Washington Deputies each have responsibilities for direct liaison with sister standardization groups at the management level. Liaison is maintained with the organisations listed below, at a thrice yearly meeting held in Washington DC.
The greatest benefits for all members of TTCP are achievable when cooperative activities involve all nations. Wherever practicable, groups give higher priority to conducting collaborative activities than they give to the exchange of information. TTCP recognizes that information exchange is necessary, but the existence of a Group or any of its dependent Technical Panels (TPs) and Action Groups (AGs) based solely on information exchange, requires the approval of the Principals.
